luxurious vacation feel. Sit back and relax in front of the
fireplace, or in the private hot tub overlooking the golf
course! Cook that special meal with the fully stocked
kitchen. Two full bathrooms, BBQ, and LCD TV's in living room &
both bedrooms.
Settler's Crossing is central to the East Village and less than
a 5-minute walk to the 'main village', with ski-in, ski-out
access, golf course frontage, underground parking with fabulous
mountain and valley views!

Policies and Terms: Reservation Policy

A deposit equal to the first night’s rate,
plus tax, is due 5 days from the date of
booking.

Full
payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

A VISA or MasterCard credit card will be
required for a $500 damage deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Between 5 days from booking and 30 days prior
to arrival, the deposit of the first night’s
rate, plus the tax will be forfeited.

Inside
30 days of arrival, full payment will be
forfeited.
NOTE: If the unit is re-rented, you will be
refunded the amount that we receive, less a
$50 processing fee.

condo is prohibited.

Hot
tub hours are 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.

Check-in - anytime after 4:00 p.m. on your
arrival day

Check-out - anytime prior to 10:00 a.m. on
your departure day
