overlooking the golf course and two mountains. Area includes sofa, double chair, and
two leather club chairs, as well as antique
furniture.
Dining Area: Dine at an 8-seat custom harvest
table lit by a wrought iron chandelier.
Kitchen: Features a centre breakfast island
covered in industrial-grade stainless steel. A
convenient wet bar flanks the gas stove with warming
drawer. Bottom-freezer stainless fridge.
About the Area: Fairways Drive is one of few
streets in Sun Peaks that is directly on the mountain,
and features many glamorous homes. Hemmingway House is
on the mountain side, and a 7 minute stroll to the
village centre, or a 5 minute walk to the first golf
tee.
Sun Peaks Resort operates a free shuttle during the ski
season.
Access to Resort Amenities: The resort's
recreation centre is a 10 minute walk from the property,
and the day lodge is a 5 minute walk.
