Lodge Features
The Kodiak Timber Lodge was
named after the black bears which graze on the
pistes above
the chalet. The lodge comprises 2,100 sq. ft. and sleeps 10
with 3 large
bedrooms plus an open loft. Relax in the
fabulous open log post and beam, living,
dining and kitchen
area.
The lodge features a 7-8 person hot tub, 2 1/2
bathrooms (luxurious ensuite),
full kitchen with Jenn-Air
stove and bar sink, laundry facilities, linen and towels,
gas fireplace, Cable TV, VCR, Stereo, Telephone, and a one
car garage (extra parking
is available outside the chalet).
There is a queen bed and set of bunk beds in each
of the two
upstairs bedrooms plus a double foam futon in the loft area.
Enjoy your morning coffee in the breakfast area as you watch
skiers swish by your
window. In the evening, dine in the
grand room overlooking Mt. Morrisey and the
golf course
before sitting down in front of the rock fireplace or at the
bar for a night cap.
Ski to your door and enter the mudroom where you can store
skis, boots etc. The main
area of the lodge looks through a
log staircase into the light filled living room. The
kitchen, living, and dining room are one large space divided
by a 9" maple bar with
oak stools. The spacious kitchen
and breakfast eating area is designed to take in
the
exciting view of skiers flying down Blazer run. Awesome
views overlook the golf
course. The main floor master
bedroom has high ceilings and log furniture with an
elegant ensuite
containing double sinks, ceramic tiled shower and a
lady
slipper antique bathtub.
Upstairs, the raised loft area features large windows with
an extra shower and
toilet to help alleviate rush hour at
the Kodiak. Each of two bedrooms overlooks the
ski run.
There is a queen bed and set of bunks in each room and a
double futon
in the loft area.
The Lodge Rates
vary depending on the season.
The Holiday & Spring Break Seasons require
a minimum
stay of 7 nights.
Other seasons require a 5 night minimum
stay.
(Summer season requires only a 3 night minimum stay).
* Lodge is based on 10 adults
(12 including children)
All prices are in Canadian Dollars and subject to 5% GST.
Cancellation
and Payment Policy
24 hours from booking the
1st nights deposit
plus 5% GST (non-refundable) will be
taken.
30 days prior to arrival the balance will be taken.
Inside 30 days of arrival, full payment will be forfeited.
Sorry, smoking and pets not allowed.
