How will Guests learn about my vacation rental property, &
how will they be able to reserve it?

Powerful On-Line Booking capability: Guests are able to book
their stay in your property directly through your Allura
property listing which provides a safe and secure on-line
Guest payment system.
Bookings generated through your property listing on SunPeaksVacationChalets.com
are processed directly through your Allura account, via a
private site included in the Allura subscription (see example:

).
We are the only
Allura Direct approved Sun Peaks Rental Managers that actively
market and promote Owners vacation rental properties.
3. Do I have to wait weeks or months to receive my rental
money?
Definitely NOT. When a Guest reserves your property all
payments (minus credit card processing fees) are deposited
directly into your bank account, generally in 4-5 working
days.
4. Is the personal use of my vacation home restricted and
how will I know if it
is available??
It is your property. Enjoy it as often or little as you
wish. Simply go online, see if your dates are available, and
block your off your personal use. The automated system
immediately notifies us and we will no longer market those
nights to our Guests.
5. Do I need to be actively involved with Guest inquiries,
website maintenance, etc.?
We handle all aspects of the rental operations, including the
set up and maintenance of the various websites.
We also provide personalized Guest assistance with all inquiries and/or
bookings.
6. What type of properties do you manage in Sun Peaks?
We proudly manage
and market all types and sizes of properties
located throughout the Resort. Having marketed accommodation in Sun
Peaks since 1998 we have many quality Guests that stay in our
properties year after year. More Guests and a manageable
number of properties are the keys to our success as rental
managers .
7. I own a Strata property. Do you assist the
strata management companies when they access?
We assist in anyway we can such as providing access, reporting
deficiencies, and working with their on-mountain maintenance
people to resolve any issues that may arise.
8. Do you provide maintenance or repair services such as
painting, staining, etc.?
Our
skilled Team can provide professional carpet cleaning,
small renovations, repairs,
painting and staining. We also offer interior decorating, design and/or initial vacation
rental set up. Benefit from our years of experience;
save time & money.
9. I'm not renting my Sun Peaks home out and don't often
visit it. Do you provide weekly checks and will you maintain
my hot tub?
Our Absentee Owner's Program provides
regular property checks, cleaning after your departure
(as requested), hot tub care, property
repairs/maintenance, & much more.
10. Will my property be used for promotional purposes
without my knowledge, or compensation?
Definitely NOT. All use of your property must be indicated on
the reservation calendar. Only you as the Owner can authorize
a "no charge" stay. We cannot and will not provide your property
as an incentive, prize, promotion, etc., without your
involvement. Be
sure to ask when comparing management services if your
property will be used as a "comp" without your
knowledge, and/or compensation for its non-revenue use.
