Welcome to Stone's Throw 23! This is a well appointed ski-in and ski-out ground floor condo. The complex is adjacent to the Mt. Morrisey connector and chairlift, as well as the 16th green at Sun Peaks, BC. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 fireplace, a single underground parking space, private laundry facilities, and a private deck with a hot tub for 5 people, plus a Weber BBQ. Free WIFi. Play Station with Blu-Ray Player. Large HD flatscreen with Bose sound system (IPOD adaptable) in living area. Flat screen in the master bedroom. You'll be minutes away from the village and chair lifts to the "three mountains" at Sun Peaks.

Fireplaces: Gas fireplace in living area.
Layout: All one level on the ground floor.
Living Area: A comfortable living area with a large LCD flat screen HD TV with sound system, DVD, and and DVD above fireplace.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room, the dining table seats six with room at the bar for an additional 3 persons.
Kitchen: All amenities provided; include baking utensils, bake ware, teapot, and a 20-choice spice rack for the discerning chef.
Amenities: Private hot tub. Oster coffee maker, teapot, blender, beater, 2-slice toaster, and microwave. Games for the kids. Free WiFi. Weber BBQ. NO phone in the unit: please bring your mobile phone.
Unique Features: The master bedroom features a queen size mattress and TV; the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen (lower) and twin (upper) combination. TV and DVD for the kids. The living room features a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa.
About Our Development: Underground parking (one numbered stall); High-end construction. Landscaped common grounds with beautiful views.
Access to Resort Amenities: Located on the 16th hole of the Sun Peaks golf course and the Mt. Morrisey connector - adjacent to the Mt. Morrisey chairlift and across from the planned East Village.
