Layout: Bi-level top floor corner unit. Main floor has living and dining room areas, master bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom with full bathroom, fully equipped gourmet kitchen and hidden W/D. Upper level is a private loft/bedroom with windows opening to the main living area. Mountain views throughout.
Living Area: Spectacular mountain views through 20ft picture windows. Flat panel TV, cable, cd/stereo, with DVD/VCR. Sliding patio doors to hot tub/deck. New comfortable couch and love seat which pull out as additional beds. Western exposure provides for wonderful sunsets and views of returning skiers.
Dining Area: Dining table seats 6. Open dining area in close proximity to the kitchen.
Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Granite countertops and upscale backsplashes. Full complement of stainless steel appliances including a silent dishwasher. Heated tile floors keep your feet warm especially in the early/late hours. Wine and champagne glasses.
Amenities: Private deck with 5 person hot tub and BBQ . Cathedral ceiling in the living area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the village onto Tod Mountain. Full sized washer/dryer in the unit. Heated tile floors through-out. Extra hallway closet. Ski locker outside entrance.
Unique Features: Ski in, ski out. Mountain views from every living area in the unit. Upstairs closed off loft has TV with DVD/VCR with queen/single bunk bed ideal for children. A desk in the loft provides an escape to the internet if required.
About the Development: Stone's throw is an award winning new luxury condominium located on the 16th hole. Positioned next to the Morrisey lift and forthcoming Orient lift. Central courtyard & expanse of the 16th hole for kids to play.
Access to Resort Amenities: Easy, flat 15 minute walk to main village, restaurants, grocery/liquor stores and sports center. The sports center has a heated outdoor pool and ice rink.
