Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy: 25% of total is
due at time of booking. Balance is due 45 days prior to
arrival. Where the booking is made within 45 days of
arrival, full balance is due at time of booking.
There is a forfeiture of 1st nights deposit + taxes
if canceled more than 7 days after booking and more than 45
days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 45 days
prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of full amount.
Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Third party billing is not
accepted.
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of the unit is 6 persons.
Pets: 15.00 per night additional charge for Pet Stays. One dog is allowed upon approval. If approved, we
require that a security deposit in the amount of $250 be
provided via check. If there is no damage or additional
cleaning required as a result of the pet, the entire deposit
will be refunded. If there is damage or cleaning required
beyond the $250, the credit card used for payment will be
charged to cover the difference. If you would like to provide
the deposit via credit card, a $10 fee will apply.
Rental Age Restrictions: Guests must be over the age of 25
in order to book accommodations.
Minimum Night Stays: Minimum night stay requirements
may apply.
Parking: There is secure garage parking for one car.

Condo Location
The back steps to the unit literally end at a ski trail.
The
condo is 200 meters from the village, 100 meters from the
recreation center, which has a heated pool and offers family
activities.
Despite this central location, the unit is very
peaceful.
Once the lifts close, enjoy a private, quiet, soak in
the hot tub
while listening to peaceful Snow Creek.
