additional bedrooms (one with queen and one with queen down
and single bunk up.) Shared full bath. Bottom floor with
bedroom (queen down and single bunk up) full bathroom,
recreation room with air hockey and foosball. Full size
washer/dryer and door to private hot tub.
Location
Hill-side townhouse just off the Morrisey cut off trail.
Access to ski trails to the Mount Morrisey lift from the end
of the complex. Five minute trail walk to the village and all
amenities and the community recreation center.

Three levels - Entry on middle living area with heated
garage, living room, kitchen, half bath, dining room.
Three bedrooms and two baths upstairs and one bedroom,
full bath, and recreation room with fireplace and full
size washer and dryer down stairs

blanket throws in living room. 30 inch TV with CD/DVD and
surround sound.

Extra large table seats 10 with dining counter for another
three or pass through from kitchen. Wine rack.

Full gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops. All the
amenities. Ice and water dispenser on fridge. Spice rack,
coffee maker, toaster, crock pot any many more nice
touches!

Private deluxe hot tub, heated garage. Private deck with
