Spacious 1,300
square foot, 2 floor townhouse plus 2 private balconies. Lower
floor has two-car tandem garage and ski storage / laundry
room. The kitchen, dining room, living room (with private deck
and spectacular view), and bathroom are on the main floor. The
master bedroom (with private balcony) and guest bedroom and
two full bathrooms are located on the upper floor. The private
hot tub is on the backyard deck.
Gourmet kitchen
with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances
(stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator). Includes
all tableware, flatware, glasses, pots, pans, and basic
cookware. Also includes toaster and coffeemaker.
The living area
features plush couches (including pull-out bed), 32"
flat-screen TV with DVD player, gas fireplace surrounded by
flagstone, and heated tile floors. Private deck with
spectacular view of Mt. Morrissey.
Free high-speed
wireless Internet connectivity; private hot tub; washer and
dryer; heated tile floors throughout; two private decks; BBQ,
and private, covered garage for two vehicles.
