Ski in/ski out of one of Sun Peaks newest sites. With views
everywhere you look. Golf course to the north, Sunburst to
the west and Mt. Morrisey to the south.

Enter this 3 bedroom townhouse condominium on the bottom
floor. On the bottom floor you have a large utility room,
storage space and two car tandem garage. Continue up the
stairs to the main level which includes the living room with
queen sleeper sofa and scenic balcony, a bedroom with queen
bed, a dining area and a well appointed kitchen leading out to
a sizable patio and private hot tub. The third floor hosts the
master suite with TV, scenic balcony, queen bed with ensuite
and a third bedroom also with ensuite and a queen lower bunk
and twin top bunk.
