This beautiful
Woodhaven town home was designed to provide Guests with the
ultimate mountain getaway for year round fun, excitement and
relaxing comfort. Spacious 4 bedroom, 4 baths, and very well
equipped.
Entrance
Style: Ground Floor Entrance
Fireplaces: Beautiful slate rock gas fireplace in
main living area.
Layout:
Spacious 3 level town home with open main floor plan
great for family gatherings. Second floor hosts the
master bedroom suite including private bathroom and two
additional bedrooms with a full bathroom . Lower level
includes a family room, bedroom, full bath, outdoor hot
tub and laundry room.
Living
Area: Well designed area with open, high ceiling for
relaxing, playing games and visiting. The main living
area consists of a corner fireplace, large sofa,
oversized chair and ottoman, area rug and hardwood
floors. Flat screen TV, DVD and premium sound system.
Dining
Area: Spacious two story windows enlighten the
dining room. Solid wood table with comfortable padded
chairs provide seating for 6 and can be comfortably
expanded to seat 10 utilizing the wood bench and table
leaves. Conversations with the cook are made easy with 3
wooden bar stools.
Kitchen:
Great entertaining with all the comforts of a well
stocked kitchen. The abundant granite counter space and
kitchen amenities makes meals fun and easy. In addition
to the stove, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher the
kitchen is fully loaded with everything needed to create
a gourmet meal.
Amenities: Private hot tub; heated floors in all
bathrooms, kitchen and entrance ways; gas barbecue;
large private deck; and wireless internet access.
Designated area for boot/ski gear removal made easy with
seating. Three TV's/DVD/Stereo and a VCR. Board games
and movies.

glass paneled deck and balconies, heated tile floors.
Located on Sun Valley Drive past Trappers and Stone's
Throw.
Access
to Resort Amenities: Ski-in/ski-out. Ski-out
downhill via short cross country access trail to
Morrisey lift, then down beginner trails (or advanced if
you wish!) to village. Ski home via intermediate trail
on Sundance mountain straight to our door! 2 min drive
to village. 10 minute walk via Valley trail.
