fireplace, sofa, loveseat, coffee table, chair and
ottoman (large conversation area). Area rug over heated
tile floor. 50" Plasma Flat Screen TV/DVD/Stereo with in-wall surround
speakers.
Dining Area: Soaring two storey windows on two
sides. Open to living room. Reproduction antique French
Canadian harvest table with rush ladder back chairs and
leather end chairs (6). Four rustic stools at expansive
bar. Seating can be expanded with additional pine
benches for holiday meals.
Kitchen: Gourmet delight! Large work area with
every gizmo and gadget, open to great room via bar.
Large dishwasher, oven/cook-top, microwave and fridge.
Dinnerware/Glassware/Serving ware for family buffets or
wine and cheese! Another window for even MORE light!

parking in front of and beside townhouse (ie. 2 private
spaces and 3rd potential shared space). Two

at Sun Peaks by award winning Dansk (builder of Trappers
Landing). Stone and timber construction, glass paneled

located on Sun Valley Drive past Trappers and
Stone'sThrow.
Access to Resort Amenities: Ski-in/ski-out.
Ski-out downhill via short cross-country access trail to
Morrisey lift, then down beginner trails (or advanced if
you wish!) to village. Ski home via East Village
Connector trail straight to our door! 5 min drive to
village. 10 minute walk via road. Shuttle to village.
