A second gas fireplace is located in the den.
Layout:
Spacious, three level townhouse with an open floor
concept. Upper floor has master suite with private
bathroom, two bedrooms with a full bathroom. Lower floor
has a spacious den with TV and laundry room.
Living Area:
Entertain in the elegant vaulted living room with
ground to ceiling windows and hardwood floors. The focal
point, a majestic gas fireplace with beautiful stone
hearth. Also included is the state of the art LCD
flat-screen TV and DVD/VCR player.
Dining Area:
Entertain at the oversize dining table that seat six
to eight adults, or relax at the kitchen nook with bar
stools. The large sliding doors make accessibility to the
deck easy.
Kitchen:
Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (oven,
stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher) and a counter-top
bar join the dining room making this area a delight to
work in.
