A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. There are NO cancellations within 45 days of arrival.

DAMAGE WAIVER FEE:
A $85.00 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee is required for all reservations, and is collected with the reservation balance of payment. The Damage Waiver Fee is a non-refundable Fee that relieves Guests of the cost for unintentional and accidental damage to the Rental Property and its contents, not to exceed the amount of coverage (up to $500.00 CAD of unintentional damage). The Damage Waiver Fee does not cover Excess Damage Costs. Excess Damage Costs include but not limited to: unintentional damage amounts exceeding 500.00 CAD, intentional damage, theft, unauthorized entry into locked areas, unauthorized pets, excessive cleaning required at check-out, smoking, exceeding occupancy limits, municipal and/or strata by-law noise, parking, or other fines levied against Guest or visitors of Guest. Guest will be notified of any Excess Damage Costs in writing, and the amount charged immediately to the Guest's credit card. The Guest, by booking the property and as part of the reservation process, acknowledges & assumes full responsibility for any Excess Damage Costs due to misuse, negligence or action by the Guest or Guest's visitors.
